Our teachers are the heart and soul of our operations.

Lena Zerbinopoulos

Lena is the founder of My Pilates Studio, a brand that values community, and empowers movement in all bodies. She believes in keeping classes small and loves working one-on-one with students.

With twenty years' experience helping small businesses with their accounting needs, in the midst of navigating a chronic condition, Lena shifted her focus to helping others fall in love with movement, like she did.

In 2016, after years of struggling with chronic pain, Lena was diagnosed with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, a connective tissue disorder that requires a dedication to building and maintaining strength, stability and balanced muscle development. Reformer Pilates helps protect your joints and provides lots of feedback while building overall strength.

Best known for her calming energy, Lena has shared her passion for Pilates within her hometown and Bostonians alike. She is also a mother to two adult boys and lives with her husband in New Hampshire.

Becky Cooke

Becky Cooke

Becky began her Pilates journey in 2021 through BASI Pilates teacher training after graduating with her undergraduate degree in health sciences. Through Pilates she was able to find a way to move her body in a way that supported her and her rheumatoid arthritis diagnosis.

Since then she has been teaching privates, duets, and small reformer and mat classes at My Pilates Studio in Manchester. She has experience with various pilates apparatus but favors the Cadillac and reformer due to their versatility and challenge.

Becky recently graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University. She hopes to combine her knowledge from BASI pilates and her physical therapy program to create a positive and safe pilates experience.

Becky believes in teaching each individual and aligning the body, mind and spirit through movement. She hopes to create an inclusive and comfortable environment during her classes where everyone feels welcome and supported. She strives to foster freedom of movement and healing for beginners and beyond.
