MPS SIGNATURE FLOW
Our MPS SIGNATURE FLOW is a 50-minute full-body Reformer experience designed to build strength, balance, and mobility through smooth, intentional movement. You’ll move through every plane of motion with precision — blending classical Pilates technique with functional conditioning.
Expect a seamless flow of exercises that will become familiar through each class, including footwork and bridging for lower-body power, arm and rotation series for postural strength, and standing lunges, planks, and scooters for dynamic balance and full-body control. Each sequence is thoughtfully layered to challenge your stability, coordination, and mobility — finishing with restorative stretches to leave you centered and lengthened.
EMPOWER
Our EMPOWER classes are goal-specific reformer Pilates classes, using deliberate pacing and smaller class sizes (only 4 students), you’ll have time to connect with each movement focus on proper form. Perfect for beginners, seniors, those suffering from chronic conditions or recovering from injury, who want more focus.
EVOLVE
Take your Pilates practice to the next level with EVOLVE. This reformer class blends familiar sequences with intermediate variations to challenge strength, coordination, and endurance. With an emphasis on alignment and mindful movement, you’ll progress confidently through your teacher's intentionally planned class.
COMMUNITY
Our COMMUNITY class is an accessible beginner-to-intermediate Reformer class designed to build a strong foundation while gently challenging your evolving abilities. This midday, all-levels class introduces essential Pilates principles, focusing on intention, alignment, and controlled movements. As you progress, the class offers options to incorporate intermediate exercises to enhance strength, flexibility, and coordination.
TRANSFORM
Our TRANSFORM class is a dynamic, intermediate-to-advanced reformer Pilates class designed to challenge strength, endurance, and coordination. Expect creative sequences, layered progressions, and faster transitions - while maintaining intention to keep your body and mind fully engaged. This class incorporates props, layered variations to build power, precision, and confidence.
ATHLETIC
Our ATHLETIC REFORMER class is a dynamic, full-body class on the Pilates Reformer designed for athletes and anyone ready to take their training to the next level. This class blends Pilates precision with functional strength and endurance work — delivering a low-impact, high-intensity workout that builds power, control, and mobility in equal measure.
RESTORE
Our RESTORE class specializes series of gentle, therapeutic exercises utilizing the Pilates Reformer to promote relaxation, improve flexibility, strength and stability. This class focuses on slow, controlled movements combined with mindful breathing to facilitate deep muscle release, improve flexibility, and restore balance to both the body and mind. This class is perfect for those with chronic conditions, nurturing injuries or beginners.
FLIGHT
Take off in FLIGHT—our high-energy jump board class designed to elevate your Pilates practice. You’ll move through cardio-infused sequences that challenge strength, control, and endurance while keeping your joints supported. Expect heart-pumping intervals, powerful core engagement, and the exhilarating feeling of flying—all on the reformer.
