Meet Our Team

At My Pilates Studio, our instructors are the heart of everything we do.  Each member of our team brings deep expertise, thoughtful cueing, and a genuine love for helping clients feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies.

Lena Zerbinopoulos

Founder; Instructor

Background:  I love working one-on-one, helping students move with strength and real body awareness. My training is broad and ever-evolving. I draw from multiple certification programs, workshops, and PT-informed continuing education — a commitment to learning that's grounded in classical methodology with contemporary programming.

Before helping people move better, I spent two decades in accounting, helping small businesses thrive. In 2016, a diagnosis of hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome brought me to Pilates — and what began as a path to stability became a lifelong practice and a calling to create a space where all bodies are welcome.

Teaching Style: I blend classical Pilates with contemporary programming, heavy in repetition and a focus on making classes accessible for all levels, especially populations that typically don't have access to classes — like those with chronic conditions.

Favorite Pilates Exercises: Pike on the chair. Pulling straps on the reformer. Mermaids on the mat.

Outside of MPS: I live in Wakefield with my husband, Mark and am a proud mother of two adult sons. When I'm not in the studio or buried in spreadsheets — which, let's be honest, is rare — you'll find me at (or dreaming of being at) the ocean, or watching true crime documentaries.

Eva Harari

Instructor

Background:

I am a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor originally from Miami Beach, Florida, and have been based in Boston since 2021. I have been teaching for nearly three years and love to connect with my clients every day. I was first introduced to Pilates at the age of 12, but it wasn’t until I was diagnosed with PCOS that my daily practice became a powerful tool for healing.

Training & Certifications:

Nomi Pilates Comprehensive Pilates Certification

Nomi Pilates Mat Pilates Certification

Teaching Style:

My teaching is deeply rooted in classical methodology, with the occasional integration of contemporary exercises. I strive to bring positive energy and intention to every session, using clear but imaginative cueing to help clients develop body awareness, control, and confidence in their movement.

Favorite Pilates Exercise:

Short Spine Massage

Outside of MPS:
I am a writer and grad student in creative writing, so you can mostly find me working on my manuscript and reading! I also love going on the longest walks possible with my friends and collecting 9 different iced beverages as we go.
