Meet Our Team

At My Pilates Studio, our instructors are the heart of everything we do.  Each member of our team brings deep expertise, thoughtful cueing, and a genuine love for helping clients feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies.

Lena Zerbinopoulos - Founder

Lena is the founder of My Pilates Studio, a boutique brand that values community and empowers movement for all bodies. She keeps classes small and meaningful, creating space for connection, confidence, and growth. Known for her calming energy, Lena especially enjoys working one-on-one to help students move with strength and awareness.

Before turning to movement full-time, Lena spent two decades helping small businesses with accounting. In 2016, after being diagnosed with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, she discovered Pilates as a path to strength, stability, and resilience.

Today, Lena shares her passion for Pilates in Boston’s South End and beyond. She lives there with her husband and is a proud mother of two adult sons.
