OUR STUDIOS

welcome to

Our teachers and students are the heart and soul of our community.

Whether you're brand new to Pilates, a senior, athlete or an enthusiast, our highly experienced, dedicated teachers use low-impact, science-based exercises and offer a variety of classes and private sessions tailored to you.

My Pilates Studio first opened in Manchester, NH in April of 2021. Our spacious studio, located within the rehabilitated Waumbec Mills, boasts twenty-foot ceilings and windows, bringing in an abundance of natural sunlight and calming energy that matches the vibe of our teachers.

Lena Zerbinopoulos opened the studio years after being diagnosed with a chronic, debilitating condition, hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS). Her rehabilitative journey with Pilates led her to help others with chronic conditions gain strength, stability, balance and overall muscle development - reducing pain and improving daily functioning.

In April of 2024, we opened a cozy studio on the south end of Boston. Nestled inside the storefront of an historic brownstone on Columbus Ave, the character of intricate moldings and neutral tones add a sense of calmness to the space that students love. A year later, we opened an overflow studio for private sessions and rentals.

In April of 2025, we opened an intimate mat and reformer rental studio on the north end of Boston on North Street. This studio allows apprentices to start teaching to earn their hours for mat or comprehensive certification. Fostering growth in our community makes our hearts smile.

The reformer helps you stabilize your body, allowing you to recruit the right muscles. You use springs for assistance or added resistance - helping you become strong without compromising your joints.

Balanced Muscle Development

We are drawn to the results of moving with intent and control, facilitated by focus and breath - promoting balanced muscle development throughout the body.  Pilates emphasizes core strength, joint stability, flexibility and alignment. The reformer uses spring-resistance to help correct muscular imbalances, resulting in a more symmetrical, functional, and resilient body - ideal for everyday movement, athletic performance and injury prevention.
