What it’s like working with me.

I approach every Pilates session for clients living with chronic conditions with patience and genuine curiosity. My focus is to understand how your condition and your specific body responds to exercise — the science behind it, how it interacts with your medication, and what you need from me beyond the exercises themselves.

We build something together.

Our work focuses on balanced muscle development — not just managing symptoms. You are not here to cope. You are here to build strength, stability, and confidence in your body.

This is collaborative.

It is through proper communication that we learn what works and what doesn’t. Your feedback in every session shapes what comes next. I listen, I adjust, and I follow your lead.

I understand the science.

While I am not a doctor, I take the time to understand the science behind your condition — how it affects movement, how your medications may influence what your body can do on a given day, and what the research tells us about exercise as a therapeutic tool. I bring that knowledge into every session we share.

Consistency matters — and so does familiarity.

We know that consistent, familiar sequences reduce cognitive load. Keeping a relatively predictable structure allows you to anticipate movements and initiate them more easily. Repetition here is not monotony — it is medicine.

No two days look alike — and that’s okay.

Fatigue, flare-ups, and difficult days are part of living with a chronic condition. I don’t expect you to show up at the same level every time. What matters is that you show up — and when you can’t, we reschedule without penalty and without judgement.

You are far more than what you are living with.

I do not just learn what movement means for your diagnosis. I learn what it means for your unique body, your unique life, and the way you experience the world on any given day. In this studio, we work with your body as it is today, with respect for everything it has carried and everything it is still capable of.

I am here to help you feel strong, capable, and at home in your body.
